Our November walk was from Writtle Green to Hylands Park and back. The walk took us into open parkland, woodland and formal gardens, with some lovely autumn colours along the way.
We had welcome coffee break mid way at the deli in the Stable Courtyard at Hylands. The weather was kind with a few spits and spots just as we returned to Writtle Green.
A very good lunch was had at The Rose and Crown Pub in Writtle.
