A full house for our December meeting; we welcomed back Polly and Lyn. Room was a bit crowded, but we’re all friends!
We discussed last months work …. subject “The Inscription’ which as usual produced a variety of topics, from strange names for medieval cottages to to the capture of a Nazi official twenty years after the war.
Deciding on one to put on the website, but eventually it was agreed that as we were meeting in Coggeshall, and Miall’s piece was about a grave in Coggeshall churchyard we should choose that. Enjoy!
