Our November walk was in the small village of Great Tey. We met at the Chequers pub in the village centre.
The circular walk took us past the lovely old grade 1 listed church of Saint Barnabas. Then crossing open fields we passed farmland buildings with characterful houses before entering woodland with beautiful autumn colours. On our return we drove to Pear Tree Pantree in Witham for lunch. Our thanks to Sheila for organising and leading a super walk and lunch.
